Questions homeowners actually ask
My production looks low. How do I know if something is actually wrong?
If output dropped suddenly, or one section of panels reads far below the rest, something is likely wrong — often a failed microinverter or a tripped string. Texas heat also cuts output in summer; that part is normal. The Rescue Diagnostic tells you which one you’re dealing with, in writing.
My installer went out of business. Can you even work on my system?
Yes — that’s most of what we do. We service equipment from any installer, active or not. Your equipment doesn’t know who installed it; it just needs a licensed electrician who understands solar.
Is my warranty still good if my installer is gone?
Usually, part of it is. The installer’s workmanship warranty likely ended with the company, but the manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters, and batteries usually still stand. We check what’s still alive and we file the claims for you.
I think my roof is leaking around the panels. Is that a solar problem?
It can be. Unsealed or badly flashed mounts cause leaks that show up years after install. We inspect every penetration during the diagnostic, and if panels need to come off for a roof repair, we handle the detach-and-reset.
How fast can you come out?
