Asked often.
What does a plan cost?
It depends on your system — panel count, batteries, generator. Ask and we’ll quote your exact configuration the same business day.
I didn’t buy my system from you — can I still get a plan?
Yes. Servicing systems we didn’t install is a specialty, and plans are how orphaned systems get a long-term home.
Does maintenance really affect my warranty?
Many manufacturer warranties expect documented, proper maintenance. Our visit records become your paper trail.
Can I cancel?
Plans are month-to-month commitments to your system, not contracts that trap you.
Do I need a plan if my system is new?
New systems fail less but drift the same — and a documented service history from year one is the strongest warranty evidence you can hold.
My equipment was installed by someone else. Can I still get a plan?
Yes — any brand, any installer. The baseline visit tells us (and you) exactly what we’re taking care of.
What a plan actually buys you.
Solar, batteries, and generators all share a failure pattern: they degrade quietly, and the bill arrives months later. Production drifts down a few percent, a generator battery dies unnoticed, a monitoring gateway drops offline — none of it announces itself. A maintenance plan is the counter-pattern: scheduled inspection and testing on a calendar you never have to think about, with a written report each visit.
Plans cover the equipment you own — panel-level solar checks and array cleaning, battery health and firmware review, generator service with exercise-cycle verification — plus monitoring checks between visits and priority scheduling when something does break. There’s a quieter benefit too: manufacturer warranties love documentation, and a service history in writing is exactly the evidence a claim wants. Plans are quoted to your equipment — tell us what’s on your roof, in your garage, and beside the house, and we’ll build the plan around it.
From enrollment to every report.
Built from the technician’s checklist.
A maintenance visit isn’t a glance and an invoice — it follows the same technician checklist our service calls use. Solar: panel-level production compared against the system’s baseline, wiring and connector inspection, mounting and roof-penetration check, array cleaning as conditions require. Batteries: capacity and health review, firmware currency, backup-circuit verification. Generators: oil and filter service, battery test, transfer-switch operation, and a witnessed exercise cycle.
Every visit ends the same way — a written report against the baseline, so drift shows up as a trend line instead of a surprise. Monitoring is checked between visits, and when something does fail, plan customers schedule ahead of the queue. The plan is quoted to your actual equipment list; it changes when your equipment does, and it never auto-escalates into work you didn’t approve — anything the inspection finds gets quoted separately, in writing.
Local, and provably so.
Plans run everywhere we do — the full service area, any brand, any installer, including systems whose installer is gone.
