Sound familiar?

Small symptoms, real causes.

A breaker trips again and again — or won’t reset at all.
Outlets or a whole room went dead, and nothing you reset brings them back.
Lights flicker or dim when the AC, dryer or microwave starts.
A warm outlet, a buzzing panel, or a smell like hot plastic.
How we work

Diagnose first, then fix.

Every repair starts with a diagnosis: we trace the circuit, test the breaker and the connections, and find what is actually failing — not just the part that is easiest to swap.
You get the finding in plain English and a fixed price before we repair anything. Many common fixes — a breaker, a GFCI, a loose connection — can be done on the same visit when the part is on the truck.
If there is smoke, sparking or fire, call 911 first. For a warm panel, a burning smell or repeated trips, turn off the affected breaker if it is safe to do so — then call us.

The difference

Why homeowners call us.

Licensed, not “handy”

Every job under Texas Electrical Contractor License #35881, done to code, insured, and inspected where the work requires it.

The actual cause

Mystery trips have reasons. We find the real one, show you, and fix that — not a guess and a pile of new parts.

10-year warranty

Our electrical work is covered for ten years — in writing.
Clear quotes

The price, before the work.

Every job starts with a diagnosis, and every repair comes with a fixed price in writing before we touch it. No hourly meter running while we think, and no surprise line items at the end.

If the fix turns out to be bigger than a repair — a failing panel, a damaged circuit run — we show you what we found, explain the options, and let you decide. Nothing happens without your okay.

Inspections

Buying, selling, or just unsure?

A whole-home electrical inspection, a home-buyer inspection with a written report, or an insurance inspection: we check the panel, breakers, grounding, GFCI and AFCI protection and the visible wiring, and rank what we find by risk — what is unsafe, what is aging, and what is fine.

Panels from brands with known breaker failures (Federal Pacific, Zinsco, Challenger) get flagged in plain English, with replacement options if you want them.

Questions

Asked often.

What does it cost to have an electrician find the problem?

It depends on the problem — a tripping breaker is quicker to trace than a partial power loss. You get the diagnostic price when you book and a fixed repair price before we start.

Why does my breaker keep tripping?

Usually an overloaded circuit, a failing breaker, a fault in the wiring or in something plugged in, or an AFCI or GFCI doing its job. We test to find which — it is the difference between replacing a breaker and repairing wiring.

Do you handle permits and inspection?

Yes — where the work needs a permit, the permit and inspection are part of the job, not an extra you chase.

Can you fix work another electrician or a previous owner did?

Yes. Code corrections and repairs to earlier work are routine for us, and we document what we find.

When can you come out?

We work weekdays, 8 AM to 5 PM. Core-area calls typically schedule within the week; genuine hazards move to the front.

Ready when you are.

Tell us about your project or the system that needs attention — we’ll take an honest look.
